Terms of Service

These terms explain what you can expect from Vyntez AI and what we expect from you. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.

1. Agreement

Vyntez AI (the “Service”) is operated by Vyntez (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Vyntez AI for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these Terms for it.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms for you.
  • You sign in with an email code, Google or GitHub. Keep access to that email or account secure; actions taken while signed in are treated as yours.
  • One person per account. Plans meant for heavier use may be shared within one team, but credentials must not be resold.

3. What Vyntez AI does

Vyntez AI answers questions, searches the web, reads files you upload, and creates resumes, Word and PDF documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. It uses several AI engines and picks one for each task.

AI can be wrong. Answers and documents may contain mistakes or out-of-date information. Check anything important, especially facts, figures, dates, legal or financial content, before you rely on it, send it or submit it. You are responsible for the documents you use.

4. Credits, plans and payment

  • Free use. Signing in is free. Chat and web search are free up to a daily message allowance shown in the app. New accounts receive a one-time welcome credit balance.
  • Credits. Actions that produce or edit files (for example resumes, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, ATS checks, editing your Word file, reading uploaded files) use credits. The current cost of each action is listed on the Pricing page and before you buy.
  • Plans add credits and a higher daily message allowance for 30 days. They do not renew automatically; buying again adds another 30 days. Credit packs add credits only.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in Indian rupees at the rate shown at checkout, plus GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay or Cashfree; we never see or store your full card details.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not expire while your account is open. If an action fails, its credits are returned automatically.
  • We may change prices or credit costs for future purchases and actions. Changes never reduce credits you already hold.

5. Refunds

  • If a payment fails but money is deducted, the gateway returns it automatically, usually within 5–7 business days.
  • You can ask for a refund of a purchase within 7 days if you have not used any of the credits it added. Write to info@vyntez.com with your invoice number.
  • Used credits are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or where the Service did not work as described.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Vyntez AI to:

  • create forged, fraudulent or misleading documents, such as fake certificates, degrees, experience letters, payslips, IDs or invoices, or resumes with false claims;
  • impersonate someone, or process other people’s personal data without a lawful reason;
  • break the law, infringe intellectual property, harass anyone, or create content that sexualises minors or promotes violence;
  • upload malware, attack, overload or probe the Service, get around limits or payment, or scrape it with automated tools;
  • resell the Service or build a competing product from its output.

We may refuse requests, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Your content

  • You keep ownership of what you upload and type, and of the documents the Service creates for you.
  • You give us permission to store and process your content only to run the Service for you, including sending it to the AI engines that do the work.
  • We do not use your chats or files to train our own models, and we do not sell your content.
  • You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on providers for AI processing, storage, email, sign-in and payments (listed in the Privacy Policy). Their own terms apply to what they do. Links to other websites are not endorsements.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Vyntez AI available and fast, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, by our providers, or by events outside our control. We may improve, change or stop features; if we stop the Service entirely, we will give notice and refund unused credits bought in the previous 90 days.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using Vyntez AI at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law, or to protect other users. On closure, unused credits are forfeited unless the closure was our choice and not caused by a breach.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and that output will be accurate, complete or achieve a result such as a job offer.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction over Vyntez’s registered office.

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
