Do I need a plan to start?
No. Sign in free and chat or search the web straight away. You also get welcome credits to try a resume or document.
Why does a resume cost more than a document?
A resume involves more work: reading your history, rewriting it into achievements, and laying out a designed template in two formats. Editing your own Word file costs the most, because it has to change your document without breaking its formatting.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them. Plans add a 30-day period with a higher daily message allowance; buying again extends it.
What if something goes wrong?
If an action fails, its credits are returned automatically. Unused purchases can be refunded within 7 days.
